Broad Arrow’s vision is to build a portfolio of exceptional software products for distinct workflows and underserved user groups. Our software aims to blend quality, ease of use, and low cost as a means to provide value and efficiency for our users.

Broad Arrow seeks to acquire small software companies, targeted products, and/or side projects. Software in this SaaS sub-category is oftentimes referred to as “Micro Saas”. In order to offer a low cost solution, micro Saas tools are often offered through the PLG (product lead growth) model. This enables new and existing users to demo the product, self-onboard, and operate it with relative agility compared to more traditional multi-faceted software suites.

Micro-SaaS founding teams may find they have run out of time, money, and/or motivation to continue scaling on their own. Others are looking to generate additional capital for their next adventure. We will provide an expedited acquisition process (exchange of assets for a fast cash exit) complete with clear expectations, transparent communication, simple due-diligence, and prompt payment.

Broad Arrow seeks to continue  these products’ legacies as well as shepherding their existing customer bases. The team's unique skill combination will create a positive impact on these products' feature sets, software quality, and user satisfaction.

We are looking for businesses that have the following characteristics:

• < $5K of monthly recurring revenue
• >= 2 years of operating history
• Based in the United States
• Small founding team (preferably one person)

Founded in 2022 by a group of builders and operators, Broad Arrow is privately held and has no outside investors. This allows us to think independently and build for the long-term with efficiency and agility. Together, our team has over 25 years of combined experience building and investing in enterprise grade SaaS applications and services.
